Athena Software Establishes Athena Education Initiative to Provide Universities and Colleges Free Access to Integrated Case Management Software
Saturday, 16 July 2005Accredited universities and colleges across North America will be granted a copy of Athena server software and five active concurrent user license ($5,500 value) at no charge. Any student or faculty member in the program with internet access to the university server, will instantly be ready to begin exploring this powerful and easy to use integrated case management software solution.
Students will learn how to apply theory to case management and client information activities, as Athena case management software fully integrates: -worker /client scheduling -client outcomes evaluation -clinical case and session note recording -program service delivery details -comprehensive reporting functions -client self-intake kiosk mode -internal communications and workflow management tools
Athena Software partnered with universities and colleges across North America to develop the Athena Education Initiative. Dr. Norman Dolch, American Humanics Campus Director and George Khoury Professor of American Humanics at Louisiana State University - Shreveport and Tena Burley, Service Learning Coordinator and American Humanics Campus Director at the University of North Texas have agreed to help create training modules and workshops for nonprofit organizations in conjunction with AEI. AMERICAN HUMANICS(AH) is a national alliance of colleges, universities, and nonprofits. The American Humanics mission is to educate, prepare, and certify professionals to strengthen and lead nonprofit organizations. The AH programs at LSU -S and UNT enroll undergraduate students in nonprofit studies, including course work related to case management.
