CSC Cited as a 'Leader' in IT Sourcing Deal Transformation Management Research Report
Wednesday, 24 May 2006 Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) today announced that it has been cited as a "leader" in the Forrester Wave report, IT Sourcing Deal Transformation Management, Q2 2006. In the report, CSC received the highest overall score in Strategy and was cited for its balance between current implementation strength and well-articulated future strategy. The report evaluated six leading information technology (IT) outsourcers against 55 criteria using the graphical Forrester Wave methodology. Companies were categorized as industry leaders, strong performers, contenders and risky bets within the Forrester Wave chart. According to the report, CSC "was solid across the board on all criteria assessing current implementation." It also cited the company's ability to support enterprise firms embarking on sourcing deals that include complex implementation and transformation requirements.
