Diamond I Completes Preliminary Design of Custom-GS2(TM) Hand-Held Gambling Unit and Vodafone Selects EDS, IBM in Global Outsourcing Deal

Vodafone said it hopes to finalize contracts with the two companies in the coming weeks. The deal is part of Vodafone's cost cutting strategy which is targeting a 25% to 30% reduction in unit costs within three to five years.
