Wednesday, 16 February 2005Immunix, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise-class host intrusion prevention solutions for Linux, today announced new security management and compliance features for the Immunix SubDomain Suite, its flagship product, along with a product name change to Immunix AppArmor.
The new version of Immunix AppArmor makes it easier to use and deploy in large, complex enterprise environments than most Linux security solutions, without the need for advanced security or Linux expertise.

"Immunix provides a wide range of new features that makes managing security and addressing compliance extremely easy for the Linux platform," said Cheryl Traverse, CEO of Immunix. "The new features will enable customers to understand how AppArmor is becoming the de facto standard for Linux host intrusion prevention in enterprise environments." About Immunix
