InfoLogix Announces Board of Directors
Saturday, 30 December 2006 InfoLogix, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IFLG), a leading provider of mobile technology solutions in the healthcare and commercial markets, today announced its first Board of Directors as a public company. Warren V. "Pete" Musser, renowned investor and CEO of The Musser Group, has been named Chairman of the nine person board, which includes prominent leaders in business, sports, and technology. InfoLogix announced the completion of their merger and equity financing on December 1, 2006. Hoch, Principal, Madison Capital Advisors LLC Mr. Hoch has over 25 years of domestic and international financial management experience focusing on such areas as U.S. and international accounting standards, financial controls, risk management, internal audit, taxation, financial analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.
