InfoLogix Announces Board of Directors

InfoLogix, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IFLG), a leading provider of mobile technology solutions in the healthcare and commercial markets, today announced its first Board of Directors as a public company. Warren V. "Pete" Musser, renowned investor and CEO of The Musser Group, has been named Chairman of the nine person board, which includes prominent leaders in business, sports, and technology. InfoLogix announced the completion of their merger and equity financing on December 1, 2006.

Mr. Musser founded The Musser Group LLC, a strategic consulting firm based in Wayne, PA, in 2001. He is a legendary business builder and was a founding investor in QVC, Novell, Compucom Systems, Cambridge Technology Partners, and Internet Capital Group, among other companies.

David T. Gulian, President and CEO, InfoLogix


Mr. Gulian co-founded InfoLogix in 2001 and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gulian brings over 20 years of industry experience with leading information technology and enterprise mobility firms. His market vision, strategic leadership experience, entrepreneurial philosophy and commitment have enabled InfoLogix to consistently grow and to achieve remarkable levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction.


Mr. Gulian co-founded and led a Healthcare, data collection and wireless solutions provider. He made a number of technology-based acquisitions and established new company professional services offerings. Under his leadership, the company grew from a startup business of only five employees to 170 employees and revenues of $82 Million.


A technology industry visionary and veteran, Gulian also held executive sales management and leadership positions at various wireless technology companies prior to founding InfoLogix.


Wayne D. Hoch, Principal, Madison Capital Advisors LLC


Mr. Hoch has over 25 years of domestic and international financial management experience focusing on such areas as U.S. and international accounting standards, financial controls, risk management, internal audit, taxation, financial analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. From 1995 to 2006, Mr. Hoch was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GMAC Commercial Holding Corp, now known as Capmark Financial Group, a global commercial real estate financial services firm specializing in lending, mortgage banking, investment and funds management, and servicing.


As one of the original members of GMAC Commercial's executive team, he served as a member of the firm's Board of Directors, its Executive Committee and as co-chair of its Enterprise Risk Management Committee. From 1986 to 1995, Mr. Hoch held various senior level corporate accounting and financial management positions at an affiliate company, GMAC Residential Mortgage. Prior to joining GMAC Residential Mortgage, he spent seven years (1979-1986) at AmSouth Mortgage Company holding positions in corporate accounting, information technology and internal audit.


Richard Hodge, Executive Vice President, InfoLogix


Mr. Hodge co-founded InfoLogix in 2001 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Healthcare Division and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Hodge's career in the technology industry spans executive, marketing and sales management roles in data communications, networking, hardware and software.


Since co-founding InfoLogix, Mr. Hodge has been responsible for launching the Company's Healthcare business, providing wireless mobile computing technology to help drive the rapid evolution of the Healthcare market for Mobile Point of Care, EMR, CPOE, RFID and all wireless mobile computing needs. Mr. Lynch, a retired naval officer, has served as Senior Vice President of The Staubach Company, a real estate advisory firm, since 2001. Mr. Lynch previously served in a number of executive positions for Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., including Senior Vice President. Prior to joining the business arena, Mr. Lynch served a decorated 31 year naval career, retiring in the rank of Rear Admiral. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Mr. Lynch's naval positions included Chief, Navy Legislative Affairs; Commander of the Eisenhower Battle Group during Operation Desert Shield; Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy from 1991 to 1994 and Director of the Navy Staff in the Pentagon from 1994 to 1995.


Thomas O. Miller, Principal, Stinsights, Inc.


Mr. Miller is currently a principal in Stinsights, Inc., an international management consulting company. Before joining Stinsights, Mr. Miller served as President of Intermec Technologies, a supply chain information systems provider, and as a corporate officer in UNOVA Corporation, Intermec's parent company. Mr. Miller also served as Intermec's Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing from 2001 to 2003 and Senior Vice President, Americas and System and Solutions from 1999 to 2001. From 1982 to 1999, he served in various positions with Norand Corporation including President and Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Operations, helping in the development of Norand's point-of-sale, wireless and direct store delivery automation businesses and in its 1997 sale to Western Atlas Corporation.

Mr. Steinfeld, Chairman of Body by Jake Global LLC, created the industry of personal fitness training and was the first nationally recognized fitness trainer. He was the founder of FiT TV, the first 24-hour fitness television network, and founded Exercise TV, the first on-demand fitness television network in partnership with Comcast, Time Warner, and New Balance. Mr. Steinfeld is the Chairman of the California Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. Richard A. Vermeil, Former NFL Head Coach


Mr. Vermeil, Super Bowl winner and NFL Coach of the Year, is the legendary former NFL head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs (2001-2005), the St. Louis Rams (1997-1999) and Philadelphia Eagles (1976-1982). Mr. Vermeil, who coached the St. Louis Rams to a victory in Super Bowl XXXIV, is one of just four coaches in NFL history to lead two different teams to the Super Bowl.
