IONA Technologies to Address Shareholders at 2005 Annual General Meeting
Tuesday, 23 August 2005IONA(R) Technologies (NASDAQ: IONA), a world leader in high-performance integration solutions for mission-critical IT environments, will host its Annual General Meeting of shareholders at the Berkeley Court Hotel, Dublin, Ireland at 3:00pm local time (10:00am Boston time) on August 25, 2005. Chairman of the Board of Directors, Kevin Melia, will preside over the official proceedings, and then chief executive officer Peter Zotto will give a presentation describing the company's progress in the rapidly growing service oriented architecture (SOA) market.
The Meeting and Mr. Zotto's presentation will be audio Webcast live so that shareholders worldwide can listen to the proceedings. The Webcast will be available through the investor section of the IONA Web site at www.iona.com/investors. Following the conclusion of the meeting, a rebroadcast will be available at IONA's Web site until Thursday, September 1, 2005.
