JasperSoft Launches JasperForge.org

JasperSoft Corporation, the leader in open source business intelligence, today announced the launch of JasperForge.org, an online site that provides free access to collaborative tools to build, deploy, and extend open source business intelligence (BI) software. JasperForge, located at http://www.jasperforge.org , also provides users with a central place to download BI software, learn configuration tips, and share BI deployment experiences with other people.

JasperForge.org provides developers with free access to a wide range of collaborative development tools including discussion forums, version control, wikis, a development dashboard, issue tracking, and automated project monitoring. IT managers can easily find and download open source BI software from a central location and read blogs from JasperSoft executives and other members of the open source BI community.

Collaboration tools can be used to exchange information on JasperSoft-related BI solutions). Project space, provisioned with a suite of collaborative development tools is freely available to any open source or gated community project that is of general interest to the JasperSoft community. Private project space on JasperForge.org is available for JasperSoft partners.
