Kirix Honored at LinuxWorld with Product Excellence Award

Like similar desktop database applications, Kirix Strata enables users to manipulate data in a graphical environment, create queries and generate reports. Strata combines the instantaneous computational abilities of a spreadsheet with the capacity of a database management system. Strata imports and exports data to/from Microsoft Access, FoxPro/xBase and text delimited files as well as ODBC, IBM DB2, Oracle, MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases and provides UNICODE support. With Strata's drag-and-drop data integration feature, users can open connections to multiple external data sources at one time and import/export data interactively.
