Mozdex.com, a search engine that uses open source search technologies to create an open and fair index, creates both a user and webmaster friendly environment with several new features. In addition to advanced and useful search features, such as search clustering and «Did you Mean» spell checking, Mozdex.com users can take advantage of instant crawl, social bookmarking, and anti-spam features.

Instant Crawl

Simpy Social Bookmarking

Search results on Mozdex.com now feature a link to Simpy, a free social bookmarking service where users can create an account and index their bookmarks for either private or shared use. Bookmarks are stored on a remote server, allowing users to conveniently access their bookmarks from any computer.

Anti-spam Technology

Mozdex is implementing an automated process to control and block spam so that users always receive relevant results for their searches. In addition, an «Ignore» feature will allow Mozdex users to create a «black list» and block specific sites.
