Ubiquity Hosting Adopts New Affiliate Program

Ubiquity Hosting Solutions, LLP (www.ubiquityhosting.com), a premium provider of Linux web hosting, dedicated servers, and collocation,  has announced a complete overhaul of its pre-existing affiliate referral program.

The new hosting affiliate program marks a number of significant and unusual revisions which are expected to benefit existing members.  Members utilizing Ubiquity’s hosting services no longer just receive discounts on more Ubiquity hosting services, but rather cash reimbursement for each referral via PayPal.com’s payment gateway.

This new system also provides members multiple tiers of referral payouts, dependent on what type of hosting package a newly referred client subscribes.   Explaining this decision, Chief Operating Officer for Ubiquity Corey Northcutt commented: “Our original affiliate program was forged by the principles of the other hosting companies.  We’ve rethought out all options for the new format so that our hosting clients can get what they want out of a referral program.  If tomorrow one of our clients refers Microsoft to us, they’re going to reap a reward beyond belief – and that’s just as they deserve.”

Web hosting clients utilizing Ubiquity’s new referral program may also be pleased to learn that the method of tracking referrals exclusively through browser cookies has ended.  As pointed out on the company’s web site, most hosting signups do not come immediately following the discovery of the company web site, giving time for cookies to expire, if they have not been blocked by browser security settings already.  By demanding each new signup manually provide detailed information about how they arrived, the company states that they are able to greatly increase the percentage of which referrals are recognized.
