Virtualmin Goes Pro: Virtualmin, Inc. Announces Enhancements to World's Most Popular Open Source Virtual-Hosting System

The developers of Virtualmin, the world's most popular Open Source virtual-hosting management system, have announced the founding of Virtualmin, Inc. (http://www.virtualmin.com). The Austin, Texas-based Virtualmin, Inc. offers easy-to-install software bundles that include all of the components necessary to operate a virtual-
hosting web server and provide a consistent user experience across all tiers of a large hosting provider environment, including system administrator, reseller, domain owner, and email account user.

In particular, the new company provides customers with professional packaging and support for the Virtualmin virtual host administration tool, as well as the closely related products Webmin and Usermin. With its launch, Virtualmin, Inc. announced dozens of new features in the Virtualmin software package and support suite. Cooper is the author of "The Book of Webmin: Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love UNIX" (No Starch Press, 2003) and the founder of Swell Technology LLC, an Open Source-based web-caching appliance vendor in business since 1999. Cameron is the author of Virtualmin, Webmin and Usermin, as well as the Bruce Perens' Open Source Series book "Managing Linux Systems with Webmin: System Administration and Module Development" (Prentice Hall PTR, 2003).

In forming Virtualmin, Inc., Cooper and Cameron have made Virtualmin software and system development a number-one priority.
