Xandros to Debut New Channel Sales and Training Program
Wednesday, 16 February 2005Xandros, the leading developer of easy-to-use Linux solutions, will launch a new multi-tiered "Easy Choice, Easy Money" channel program at the Boston LinuxWorld Expo. The new program provides partners in every segment of the channel with opportunities to capitalize on the dramatic growth of desktop Linux, in both enterprise and consumer markets, with incentives, certified training, and support.
"The Linux market is hot. Linux on the desktop is growing at a compounded annual rate of 44 percent, and the combined Linux server, desktop and application market is projected to reach $38 billion in the next three years," said Brian Colgan, Xandros Director of Channel Sales. Certified Desktop Training
Integrated training incentives are the cornerstone of the new "Easy Choice, Easy Money" program. Partners become eligible for either "gold" or "platinum" discount status once their staff completes either on site or online training to become certified Xandros salespersons, technicians, and engineers.
