Yahoo Ships Toolbar for Leading Open Source Browser
Sunday, 13 February 2005Yahoo! Inc. a leading global Internet company, today announced the beta release of the Yahoo! Toolbar for the Mozilla Firefox web browser. Awarded the "Editor's Choice" by CNet and ranked the most popular toolbar on the Web , the Yahoo! Toolbar Beta will enable Mozilla Firefox users to fully customize their Internet experience.

"Yahoo! is now making this functionality available to Firefox users, enabling them to improve their Internet browsing experience using Yahoo!'s industry-leading toolbar."

The Yahoo! Toolbar Beta for Mozilla Firefox is available for download at http://toolbar.yahoo.com/firefox. The toolbar is currently available for Windows, with versions for MacOS X, Linux and the award winning Yahoo! Anti-Spy expected shortly.
