Powered by Centennial's Discovery Web software, FootPrints Asset Management is a web-based asset discovery and tracking system that automatically takes snapshots of users desktops or laptop configuration and captures a broad range of information, including the type of operating system (OS) and other hardware or software that is installed on the computer. Armed with this crucial information, support agents can make a quick diagnosis, auto-populate asset inventory information into a FootPrints ticket and expedite the resolution process.

FootPrints Asset Management also helps organizations perform scheduled and on-demand IT asset inventories, and monitor software-license compliance within an easy-to-install and easy-to-use interface.
